Why do you have a limited collection?

We work directly with weavers, manufacturers and stitching units. As we are  not a mass production company, our designs and collections are limited (exclusive).

What if I receive the item in damaged condition?

If you receive a damaged/tampered package, kindly do not accept the delivery and return the package to the delivery person. Immediately reach out to us with the photo of the damaged package at +91 - 8884636496 or hello@toddlertheory.com, mentioning your Order ID.

We will arrange for the replacement provided if we have the stock available in the size ordered. In case of unavailability, we will refund the amount.

I want to cancel my order

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 2 business days. Once the order is dispatched, cancelling the order is not possible.
